Fire prevention don't be taken by suprise!

Threats are always lurking

Fire and heat are obvious fire dangers in a production plant. Everyone knows they should only smoke in designated areas and that it's important to work safely with welding and cutting equipment, but the maintenance and cleaning activities in your facility are just as important! Dry peat dust in combination with overheating machine parts or defective cabling can lead to a fire. So where peat is stored and processed these conditions represent a major risk and the threat of fire is always lurking!

The proper insight

A heat camera is the best solution for tracking down risky mechanical or electrical defects. In contrast to the human eye, which can only detect visible light, a heat camera senses infrared 'heat' radiation. Temperature differences are registered visually as an image we can see. Using these images it is possible to identify equipment defects, such as overheated bearings and overheated cabling, so immediate action can be taken to prevent worse. Critical process information can also come to light during periodic inspections in which differences in the development of heat are presented visually.

Put simply: Don't be surprised. Know what's going on in your company!
